Booking
"Village to Table Tours" is operated by Satoyama Library (Travel Agent License No. 3-216 Authorized by Government of Nara).
You can book a private guiding tour from the existing booking menu, or also ask for tailor-made customized plan.
We will send you a proposal upon request, and if you like the plan, you can proceed with booking by paying deposit.
Payment
We start proceeding with reservation only after receiving certain amount of deposit. Final payment should be payed in 2 weeks after confirmation of all arrangements. Please note that the availabilities are subject to change, at the time of deposit payment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by you:

31 days or more: deposit only

30-15 days prior to departure: 50% of total tour price

14 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour price
Cancellation by us:
We may cancel a tour at any time prior to departure, if due to natural disasters, or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your tour, you can choose alternative date, or to receive a full refund.
Insurance
You must have travel insurance. We are not responsible for any liability, expenses, or losses you incur as a result of being inadequately insured. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking a comprehensive travel insurance policy is purchased.
Satoyama Library is the owner of the information collected on this web site. We collect information of your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, passport number, insurance, which are used only to proceed booking with accommodations, guides or activities. We are committed to protecting your personal information that you share with us, and will not sell nor share this information to others other than this purpose. We comply with Personal Information Protection Act and this Personal Information Protection Policy, when handling Personal Information.
Payment Security
The tour fee can be paid by Paypal or Credit card. We use third party payment system and do not hold your credit card information. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
